Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and refunds
We hope you are happy with your order and love our Soda Folk products as much as we do. However, should you have a problem with your order or want to return your items, please email ken@sodafolk.com within 28 days and he’ll help you get that arranged.If you simply decide you no longer want your order, then it is your responsibility to return the items to us in good condition (we recommend using a courier). Once we have received your items in good condition, we will process your refund, please allow 7-10 days for this before contacting us about your refund.Soda Folks definition of ‘good condition’ is in its original packaging and complete with no opened cans. As such all products must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. All orders must be returned in full, meaning that individual cans cannot be returned to us.
