blueberry muffin soda muffins

A Blueberry Muffin Bonanza! Why not have the real thing alongside your Blueberry Muffin Soda?

‍Ingredients‍

100g Unsalted Butter

140g Sugar

2 Eggs

100g Natural Yoghurt

2 tsp Vanilla

100ml Soda Folk Blueberry Muffin Soda

250g Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

125g Blueberries

‍Method

‍Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a muffin tin. Cream together butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, yoghurt & vanilla and mix until combined. Pour in your soda and stir. Add the flour & baking powder, fold in until just combined. Gently fold in your blueberries and fill your lined muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
